32 | Facility has a functioning carbon monoxide detector that meets statutory requirements. Fresno Unified School District is the licensee and as a condition of employment, all staff have a clearance or criminal record exemption and Health Screening. During the tour, Kim Beckwith arrived at facility and LPA concluded inspection with her.
Playground equipment is in good condition, free of sharp, loose , or pointed parts. Outdoor activity space surface is maintained in safe condition and free of hazards. Areas under/around high climbing equipment, swings, and slides have sufficient cushioning material to absorb falls. LPA provided information regarding the New Lead Guidelines. During todays inspection, no deficiencies were observed.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records.
