25 | On April 21, 2022, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) C Brannon and J Pacheco conducted an announced Case Management inspection to inspect the corrections listed during previous inspection by LPAs Moctezuma and Her. LPAs met with director, Lisa Antaramian. The following items need to be addressed and corrected by 5/21/22:
1) In classroom #7, anchor cubby, white shelving and shelving on wheels.
2) Classroom #7 needs a changing table cushion.
3) An outside waiver request to be submitted with outside schedule for infants. The outside play yard has an approximate square footage for 13 infants at one time in the outside play yard.
4) In classrooms #7 and #8, the carpet is tearing apart at the seams.
5) In the infant outside play yard, one shade pole is not cushioned. Director, Lisa Antaramian, informed that cushioning has been ordered. Meanwhile, LPA recommended using other type of material as cushioning. Director informed LPAs that she has the casing/cover for the cushioning around the metal pole and will install ordered cushioning upon arrival.
Fire clearance granted for a total of a capacity of 26 infants, ages 0 to 24 months.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with director, Lisa Antaramian.
This report shall be made available to the public upon request. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
