25 | On 08/15/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), MIguel Herrera conducted an announced Case Management inspection that was initiated by licensee for a measurement of the newly built preschool classroom, room 101. The classroom is situated in the elementary school campus (the address remains the same). Facility was closed and no children were present during today’s inspection.
Upon arrival, LPA met with Director, Charlotte Miranda. The facility is currently licensed for 21 preschool children. Hours of operation will be from Monday through Friday, operating two sessions, 8:00am to 11:00am, and 11:30am to 2:30pm.
LPA toured the facility and measured the preschool classroom activity space. Total indoor activity space measured to an approximate 972 square feet, which is sufficient to accommodate the licensed capacity of 21 Children. LPA observed all indoor activity space to be complete with safe, age-appropriate furniture and equipment, including tables, chairs, cubbies, bookshelves, and other activity supplies for the children. Drinking water is available in the classrooms via the sink faucet. The facility will use 3 water faucets that are located in the outside play area. LPA observed all hazardous items to be inaccessible to children. There are no bodies of water or weapons on the property. Fire clearance was granted on 08/14/2025.
LPA observed a total of 2 sinks, 2 toilets, and a changing table available for children’s use. These are sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of 21 children. A waiver will be provided at a later time to share restrooms with the TK classroom, room 102. The restrooms are located between room 101 and room 102 (jack and jill restrooms).
To be continued on 809-C.
