The facility operates under West Park Preschool Consortium and staff have a fingerprint clearance as a condition of employment through the corresponding school district.
Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Section 101173 and 101226. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department. LPA and Substitute Teacher Jasmine Kang discussed the Community Care Licensing website www.ccld.ca.gov which will provide access to Provider Information Notices (PINs), Quarterly Updates, COVID-19 Information and Resources, Mandated Reporter Training, Lead Poisoning Facts, Forms and Regulations.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, the following deficiencies were found (see next page, 809 D):
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
