Director Lisa Cervantes-Whited was reminded that all adults (18+) must have a criminal record clearance or exemption before presence at the facility, per Health and Safety Code ยง1596.871. Failure to comply may result in a civil penalty of $100 per day, up to 5 days, or up to 30 days for repeat violations.
Per AB 2370, centers licensed before January 1, 2010, must test drinking water for lead before January 1, 2023, and every 5 years thereafter. New licensees (after July 1, 2022) must test within 180 days per PIN 21-21.1-CCP. LPA verified compliance.
