An unannounced case management visit was conducted today by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Ginny Badhesha and Rene Mancinas. LPAs met with Director Yesenia Sanchez. LPAs toured the facility and census was taken.

The purpose of today’s visit was to provide an amended report for the inspection that was conducted on December 9, 2019, in which deficiencies were issued in error. LPAs provided Director with a copy of the amended report showing no deficiencies were issued during inspection conducted on December 9, 2019. Deficiencies were deleted on December 16, 2019. Director was given a copy of the amended report.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, in the areas evaluated no deficiency was cited during today's visit.

A Notice of Site Visit Form (LIC 9213) was posted on parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days.
