25 | An unannounced case management inspection was conducted today by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Diane Mercado and Luisa Gavoutian. A tour of the facility was conducted. There are no bodies of water, and there are no firearms, or weapons on the premises. Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, and other harmful items are inaccessible. There are no poisons, if poisons are present they must be locked. Furniture and equipment are in good repair, free of sharp, loose or pointed parts. Facility has one or more functioning carbon monoxide detectors that meet statutory requirements. The facility has age-appropriate furniture and equipment. The facility has sufficient infant napping equipment. The child care center is clean, safe, sanitary, and in good repair. Infants names are on the bottles/cups of each infant. Infant changing tables have padded surface no less than one inch thick, covered with washable vinyl or plastic, and have raised sides at least three inches high. Facility is in compliance with staff infant ratios. LPAs observed two infants were present but not signed in. Infants, including napping infants, are under the direct visual supervision of a staff person at all times and never left unattended. Pediatric CPR and First Aid is compliance. This facility operates a full day program. Hours; Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
