On this date 2/5/2020, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA's) Ruby Ocegueda and Cynthia Brannon conducted a case management inspection today. LPA's met with Director Jackie Dugan and reviewed the reason for the inspection. Today, LPA's discussed a play yard waiver as school age children and preschool children have access to the same play yard. LPA's informed Director that the facility needed a waiver and provided her directions on how to request a waiver. Director stated that she currently follows a play yard schedule to avoid co-mingling. Director stated she would be completing the waiver letter and submit it with play yard schedule to Community Care Licensing for review.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, chapter 1, no deficiencies were cited during today's inspection.
