An unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) Inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Ginny Badhesha and Rene Mancinas. LPAs met with Director Brandy Wilkinson to discuss the POC associated to the deficiencies cited on December 11, 2019. Today, LPAs confirmed that the restrooms were clean and the couch was disposed of, thereby clearing the deficiencies previously cited.

LPAs provided the Director with a "Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared." Letter must be filed at the facility for three years and upon request made accessible to the public for review.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, in the areas evaluated no deficiency was cited during today's visit.

A Notice of Site Visit Form (LIC 9213) was posted on parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days.
