On this date, March 5, 2020, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Brannon and Badhesha conducted a pre-licensing inspection. LPAs met with director, Ermelinda Perez. LPA will conduct a return visit on April 7, 2020 to ensure the following corrections are made:

School Age Play Yard
1) The cement ramp leading into the school yard has jagged edges. Please correct.
2) The pool gate is not self-latching as required in section 101238 (e)(1). Gates shall swing away from the pool, self-close and have a self-latching device.

Upon the correction of above items and pending final review, a recommendation to license facility for 21 school age children will be made. Exit interview with director, Ermelinda Perez was conducted.
