On 03/25/2021 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rene Mancinas conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Director of Operations, Becky Dritz, toured the facility, and took a census.

The purpose of today's inspection was to provide an amended report, which was created and signed by Director, Nancy Fuller, on 12/07/2020.

Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency is cited today. Notice of Site Inspection to be posted for 30 days.
