25 | On 8/11/22 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Harris conducted a Plan of Correction inspection. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Shannon Burch and toured the facility. . A census was taken and there were ten children present.
The purpose of the inspection is to clear deficiencies that were previously sited on 7/27/22. LPA reviewed children's files and observed children and staff files to be on site. Children's files were complete except for one child that did not have proof of immunizations, TB test or physicians report and another child that did not have proof of TB. The children's files that did have immunizations, were transcribed. Staff files showed all required forms and information. A fire drill was conducted and documented and upon inspection of the classrooms, keep out of reach items were inaccessible to children. LPA also observed that the geese feces are being swept and hosed down daily and the church will get the concert areas pressure washed monthly. Lastly, the LPA observed that in classroom #2, the flooring at the entryway was repaired.
During today’s inspection, LPA provided a Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared. An exit interview was conducted with Shannon Burch. Per Chapter 1, Division 12, Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency was cited during today’s inspection.
A copy of this report along and LIC 9213 Notice of Site Inspection were provided to Shannon Burch. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Inspection is required to be posted for 30 days.
