In classroom #2, the children drink from disposable cups and use a water pitcher.
The surface of the outdoor activity space is maintained in a safe condition. Licensee is utilizing wood chip as cushioning. The climbing structure has spider webs on the top and in underneath area that is accessible to children in care. The mature oak tree provides shade for the children. The mature oak tree has limbs that are too low and can interfere with visual supervision of children. There are three black hard plastic borders around the climbing structure area. These borders have large cracks, running down the length of the border block. One of the black border blocks that leads into the play yard has a screw sticking up. Licensee has plenty of cushioning on the play yard. However, there is too much cushioning next to the play yard wrought iron fencing, making the height of the fencing less that the required 4 ft height. The climbing structure does not have the required age limitation sticker posted.
