On 08/19/22, Licensing Program Analyst (LPAs) Gloria Reyes and Ruby Ocegueda, conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection for the preschool license. LPAs met with Front Office Clerk, Julia Ruiz. LPAs were informed that portable Room 34 is no longer being used by the preschool program for the current school year. Room 34 is currently being used by the 6th grade elementary students. Record review showed that the preschool did not renew their lease agreement and the preschool property was removed from portable Room 34. The licensee did not provide closure information to the Department, therefore, due to the preschool no longer in operation; the facility will be closed effective 08/19/22.

At the time of the completion of this report, the Office Clerk Ms. Ruiz was not available for a signature on this report.
