25 | On 01/31/2020 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rene Mancinas JR, conducted an unannounced case management inspection at facility. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Maria Hernandez. The purpose of today’s inspection was to follow up at facility since being issued an infant license on 01/16/2020.
LPA toured the infant room and observed two infants in care. Infants were napping in appropriate equipment as required per regulations. LPA did not observe any additional changes made to the infant room since it was last inspected. LPA provided infant staff with information regarding infant licensing requirements, additional resources available on the licensing websiteww.ccld.ca.gov, as well as information regarding infant sleeping practices.
Per California Code of Regulations Title 22 Division 12 Chapter 1, no deficiency is being cited today. Notice of Site Inspection to be posted for 30 days from today’s inspection. |
