On this date, 3/10/20, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brannon conducted an announced pre-licensing visit with director, Mary Varela. Prior inspection was on 3/4/20. On 3/6/20, director emailed a picture of the correction for the fencing. LPA was unable to open attachment. LPA conducted a return visit to inspect the correction.

During today's inspection, LPA inspected the chain link fencing. Corrections meet Title 22 requirements.

Pending a final file review, a recommendation will be made to license the above facility for a capacity of 27 preschool children.
