On 3/4/20, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Brannon and Moctezuma conducted a pre-licensing inspection. LPAs met with director, Mary Varela. Prior pre-licensing visit conducted on 2/24/20. During prior pre-licensing inspection, licensee had a list of 16 items to correct. The purpose of today's visit was to verify the corrections made would meet Title 22 regulations. The following item needs correction:

1) Licensee removed the tree trunk but damaged the chain linked fence. Per licensee, the fence will be be repaired. A photograph of correction will be sent to LPA Brannon to provide proof of correction.

Pending a final file review and completion of above item, a recommendation will be made to license the above facility for a capacity of 27 preschool children.
