Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 07:00am – 05:00pm.
LPA informed Licensee of the Community Care Licensing Division website, which provides access to Provider Information Notices (PINs), Quarterly Updates, Mandated Reporter Training, Safe Sleep information, Lead Poisoning information, forms available for print, and information regarding Department regulations.
During today’s inspection the following deficiencies were observed;
During inspection of the hallway restroom, which is accessible to daycare children, LPA inspected the cabinets and drawers that were not secured with a safety latch, and thus accessible to children. LPA discovered Ajax cleaning solution, shaving razors, and prescription shampoo. LPA informed Maribel of such findings and that these items needed to be secured in an area inaccessible to daycare children.
During inspection of facility files, Maribel could not produce documentation of a fire drill being conducted and documented within the last six months as required per regulations. The last fire drill documented at facility was 04/21/2018. LPA informed Maribel that fire/disaster drills are to be conducted and documented at least once ever six months. LPA provided Maribel with a sample fire/disaster drill during today’s inspection.
End deficiencies observed.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, the following deficiencies are cited today. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. Notice of Site Inspection to be posted for 30 days from today’s inspection.
