25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Diana Martinez conducted an unannounced case management post-licensing inspection. LPA was met by licensee Consuelo Magallon. Also present were seven day care children including licensee’s three minor children. The purpose of this case management inspection is for assigned LPA Martinez to introduce herself and address any of licensee’s questions.
LPA reviewed and provided information to licensee regarding prohibited infant equipment, safe sleep, the need to review PINs on a regular basis, lead exposure, the parents’ board, and children's files.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiencies cited during today's visit.
An exit interview conducted with licensee Consuelo Magallon and a copy of this report was provided and discussed. A Notice of Site Visit Form (LIC 9213) was posted on parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days.
