25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Diana Martinez conducted an unannounced case management post-licensing inspection. LPA was met by licensee Janeth Reynosa Casillas. Also present was licensee's daughter/assistant Paola Reynosa and six day care children. The purpose of this case management inspection is for assigned LPA Martinez to introduce herself and address any of licensee’s questions. Licensee informed LPA that she has a total of 13 children enrolled.
LPA reviewed and provided information to licensee regarding safe sleep and the need to review PINs on a regular basis.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiencies cited during today's visit.
An exit interview conducted with licensee Janeth Reynosa Casillas and a copy of this report was provided and discussed. A Notice of Site Visit Form (LIC 9213) was posted on parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days.
