A second announced pre-licensing inspection was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Norma Lomeli. Met with Applicant, Hilda Rosales. Applicant, her husband and three children reside in the home reside. The purpose of today's visit is to verify that the correction requested on June 10, 2019 prelicensing inspection was made. LPA observed the following correction:
  • Applicant has made the sliding glass door from the master bedroom inaccessible to the in-ground swimming pool that is located in the backyard by installing a 5 foot black, rod iron fence that is drilled to the cemented ground, barricading the sliding glass door. During today's inspection, LPA observed that there is no direct access to the in-ground swimming pool from the glass sliding door.

Licensure as a Large Family Day Care Home capacity of 14 children ages under 18 years will be recommended effective June 12, 2019.
