NARRATIVE
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25	On 09/11/23 at 9 AM, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) K. Lynch and N. Wheeler. Days and hours are currently 8 AM-4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday. The facility was toured at 9 AM inside and outside and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified. Facility operates in one classroom. The licensee was supervising three children and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. There are no pools or bodies of water on the premises. The outdoor activity space was cushioned with chips and artificial turf and free of hazards. Three children's records were reviewed at 9:45 AM. One staff record was also reviewed at 9:45 AM. To improve the quality and value of the new inspection process, a survey may be sent to the email address provided. Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.

The following deficiencies were cited: CCC DID NOT COMPLETE TESTING PRIOR TO THEIR DEADLINE.
LPA referred licensee to the Department website for lead:

LPA also informed licensee [or facility representative] of the importance of checking for recalled infant devices on the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) website at https://www.cpsc.gov/ and recommended they register all infant devices with the CPSC to be notified of any recalls on their purchased equipment.
