On May 26, 2022 at 8:45 am, an inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Snow. The visit was made in response to the licensee’s application to increase the capacity to 14 children. The LPA met with Lisa Jentry-Rakestraw’s to tour the home. The licensee and assistant were supervising 4 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility’s operating hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday–Friday.

The licensee is aware of the maximum staff to child ratios including infants & school age requirements.

The facility has received an approved fire clearance and the physical plant is ready so the increase is granted effective tomorrow, 5/27/22.
