13 | On 10/03/2022, at 9:30 AM, a closing complaint investigation visit was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lynch. It has been alleged staff are not properly cleaning a day-care child, and feces was found on day-care child's clothing. Three staff (S1-S3) were interviewed on 07/14/2022, and there were no disclosures. Three parents (P1-P3) were interviewed on 07/21/2022, and there were generally no disclosures. The Site Supervisor, and Licensee/Owner both denied the allegations, and stated they always follow procedures to ensure children are cleaned and changed properly after toileting and restroom use. During the complaint inspection visits, LPA also observed the facility was providing adequate care and supervision to children for restroom procedures and providing clothing changes as needed. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted, appeal rights provided, and notice of site visit posted. |
