Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Yolanda Baez and Michelle Palacio arrived at the facility to conduct a Plan of Correction inspection. LPAs met with Director, Claudia Gallego, at the time of the inspection. There were 9 children present with 3 staff members at the time of the inspection.

The following section listed below was cleared at the time of the plan of correction:
  • Section 101239(o)(1): Playground equipment shall be securely anchored to the ground unless it is portable by design. (1) Equipment shall be maintained in a safe condition, free of sharp, loose or pointed parts.
  • The hazardous play equipment has been fixed/removed and the deficiency was cleared effective today.


There were no further deficiencies. Notice of Site Visit is to be posted for 30 days .
