Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yolanda Baez arrived at the facility to conduct an annual random inspection. Upon arrival LPA Baez spoke to 5 staff members on lunch break who stated that Director was on lunch. LPA proceeded to tour Room C and met with lead teacher, Maria Elena Cervantes. Director, Ignacia Avila, arrived at 1:10pm.

The following was discussed with Director:

  • Providing updated LIC 200A for centers that she is requesting a name change for
  • Providing an LIC 200A for an increase capacity for either licensed facility of 136608076 OR 136608073, in order to become compliant with CCL regulations and having one license at the address 506 E. Fourth St. instead of 2 licensed facilities at the same address
  • Providing an updated facility sketch (LIC 999) to indicate the change of capacity to indicate which areas and playgrounds will be used
