13 | On 08/25/21 at 2:15PM, LPAs Luigi Gargaro and Claudia Amador, conducted an unannounced complaint visit to the facility to deliver the findings for the above allegations. During the course of the complaint investigation, analysts conducted interviews with the reporting party, the licensee and her assistants, day care parents and children in care.
Based on the information gathered, it could not be determined whether there may have been instances where the licensee had more children than allowed for her license, whether she is at the facility for the appropriate time as required by regulation, had appropriate supervision of day care children and whether she implements appropriate discipline practices. There was insufficient evidence to either prove or disprove the allegations.
Though the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. Appeal Rights (1/16) were discussed. A copy of the report, appeal rights and a Notice Of Site Visit, to be posted for 30 days, were printed and a provided to the licensee today. |
