Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yolanda Baez arrived at the facility to conduct a Plan of Correction inspection. LPA Baez met with Licensee, Silvia Sanchez. There were 6 children present at the time of the inspection. Licensee’s helper, Rita Liera, was also present during the inspection.

The purpose of today’s POC inspection is t correct the deficiencies issued on 05/29/19 and they are the following:

  • Section 102421: Child’s Records, evidence was not met because there were several files missing different forms
  • Section 102418(h)(1): The family day care home shall record each pupil’s immunization…, evidence was not met because there were several files missing the PM 286.

The above sections have been cleared effective today, 06/24/19. No deficiencies were issued. Notice of Site Visit (NOV) will be sent at a later date due to technical computer malfunction.
