On November 30, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Paul Garcia conducted an announced case management inspection at the facility. LPA met with Director Sarah Vinson who accompanied LPA during a tour of facility both inside and outside. LPA explained the purpose for the visit. The purpose of this visit was to acquire additional information on an complaint that was received on October 2, 2023. LPA took photos and interviewed staff.


Per the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiencies are being cited today.

Report was provided and exit interview was conducted with Director Sarah Vinson. Notice of Site was provided and must be posted for thirty days.
