13 | On 02/07/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adrian Pizano conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings. LPA met with Director, Yoselin Ventura-Arreola. LPA discussed the allegation, and a census was taken. LPA interviewed volunteers, children, parents, reviewed sign-in/out sheets, and facility records. Interviews conducted with witnesses presented inconsistencies as to whether or not children were handled in a rough manner.
The investigation revealed through interviews, LPA’s observations, and review of records, that although the above allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence at this time to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency is cited during today's visit.
An exit interview conducted with Director, Yoselin Ventura-Arreola. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided and discussed with Yoselin Ventura-Arreola.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
