On 03/07/2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Nancy Her and Denisia Jimeniz conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPAs met with Program Administrator Letisha Brooks. On 12/12/2023, a case management inspection was completed and the facility did a temporary fix on the preschool fencing so that children cannot squeeze through to the parking lot. Licensing was notified on 02/29/2024 that the new outdoor play areas for the increase in capacity application were complete. The purpose of today's visit was to inspect the new outdoor play areas.

During today's inspection, facility has installed a new shed in the toddler play area. The previous approximate outside square footage for the toddler areas was 3787. The new approximate outside square footage for the toddler area is 3714 which will not accommodate requested capacity of 64 Toddler Children. A waiver has been submitted to Fresno Community Care Licensing on 02/29/2024.

A new shed was installed in the preschool outdoor play area. The previous approximate outside square footage for the preschool areas was 10025. The new approximate outside square footage for the preschool area is 9953 which will accommodate requested capacity of 80 preschool children.

Pending a final file review a recommendation will be made to license the above facility for the requested capacity of 64 toddler children and 80 preschool children.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Program Administrator Letisha Brooks.

A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
