On 12/12/2023, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Nancy Her and Claribel Soto conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPAs met with Site Supervisor Letisia Lopez. Licensing was notified on 12/05/2023 that the new outdoor play areas for the increase in capacity application were complete. The purpose of today's visit was to inspect and obtain square footage for the new outdoor play areas.

There is a temporary fix on the preschool fencing so that children cannot squeeze through to the parking lot. Site Supervisor was notified today that once a permanent fix is completed, Licensing will need to be notified.

The approximate outside square footage for the toddler areas is 3787 which will not accommodate requested capacity of 64 Toddler Children. A Waiver will need to be requested.

The approximate outside square footage for the preschool areas is 10025 which will accommodate requested capacity of 80 preschool children.

The following will need to be corrected before licensure:

A Waiver for the toddler play area.

Pending a final file review a recommendation will be made to license the above facility for the requested capacity of 64 toddler children and 80 preschool children.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Site Supervisor, Letisia Lopez.

A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
