25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brannon conducted a case management inspection. LPA met with site supervisor, Marivel Torres. Upon arrival, LPA was informed that facility will start providing child care on 8/16/21. Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:45 PM. Upon the arrival of the last preschool child, the gate will be locked. Facility phone number is (661) 873-1922.
LPA walked through the facility with site supervisor. LPA reviewed the new tool inspection, required postings for parents to view and reviewed buildings and grounds requirements. LPA reviewed the appropriate age sticker on climbing equipment. LPA recommended for staff to have an extra age appropriate sticker on hand as the sticker has been torn and is worn.
Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency cited. Exit interview conducted with the site supervisor, Marivel Torres. A copy of this report need to be placed in facility file for public review. A Notice of Site Visit was posted on parent board.
The following documents should be posted at the facility. In order for facility to meet the requirements of parents being able to view the parent board, it should be posted outside during the time when parents are not coming into the preschool classroom.
