25 | A case management inspection was conducted Thursday, 07/22/21 by Licensing Program Analysts, (LPAs) Araceli Gibson and Robert Gutierrez. LPAs met with Director, Angela Floratos. Purpose of inspection was to follow-up on incident that occurred on 07/13/21.
Director, Angela Floratos explained there was a potential threat to a child enrolled in care. Law enforcement was contacted, and a female was detained. Director reported the incident to Children Protective Services. During today’s inspection LPAs obtained a copy of the Scar report. Child was taken to a local youth center and has not returned to the center. No injuries were resulted from this incident.
Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 no deficiency cited during today's visit. Exit interview conducted with the Director Angela Floratos.
