25 | On 3/17/2022, Licensing Program Analyst, (LPA) Theresa Marquez conducted a Plan of Correction inspection and met with licensees Guadalupe & Maria Hidalgo.
The purpose of this inspection is to clear the deficiency cited during the 1/20/2022 Required 1 year inspection. Licensee was cited for having excessive household items stacked on top of furniture creating a potential hazard to children.
During this inspection, LPA Marquez observed that the several unused household items and unused toys have been cleared and removed. However, licensee continues to stack a few household items (clothing, paperwork, books) inside the home.
LPA issued a Technical Violation for the remaining household items today. Maria Hidalgo agreed to continue to clear and remove unused household items and refrain from stacking items on top of furniture to prevent items from potentially injuring a child.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations no deficiencies were observed today. |
