32 | As it pertains to staff failing to pick up children in a timely manner and staff failing to notify parents of late pick up, during interviews with staff it was revealed that staff arrived late, on multiple occasions (in January of 2022), when picking up day-care children from school. Staff stated that upon picking children up late, they failed to notify parents of the occurrence on a consistent basis. Further, LPA spoke with Witness #1 who works at a local school that some day-care children attend. Witness #1 confirmed observing day-care facility staff pick up children late from school on more than one occasion.
Based upon observations, records review and information gathered through interviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegations are found to be SUBSTANTIATED.
