During today's visit, LPA provided a handout consisting of: Provider Information Notices; Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training that meets AB1207 requirements; Effects of Lead Exposure and Safe Sleep.
Pending a final file review, a recommendation will be made to license the above facility for a capacity of 80 preschool children. Licensee shall send in an updated application with capacity of 80 preschool children, board resolution approving capacity of 80 preschool children, a check for the funds of $484.00, and a fire clearance for 80 preschool children.
