13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Roman Iglesias, conducted an unannounced complaint investigation to provide Licensee, Maria Ceja, with findings. Ms. Ceja accompanied LPA during the indoor/outdoor inspection of the home and a census was taken. LPA also discussed the above allegation with Ms. Ceja, regarding a day care child being inappropriately touched while in care.
The above allegation was investigated by Department of Social Services (DSS) , Investigation Branch (IB). During the course of the investigation IB lnvestigator, Romelia Munoz, interviewed Ms. Ceja, Ms. Ceja's husband, day care parents, day care children, and complainant. Additionally, Investigator Munoz obtained copies of the police and medical reports.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 (FCCH), no deficiency is being cited.
An exit interview was conducted with Licensee, Maria Ceja. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided and discussed with Ms. Ceja.
A Notice of Site Inspection Form was posted on parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days. |
