An unannounced case management visit was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Harris. LPA attempted to conduct an annual random inspection, however upon arrival the LPA was informed by the licensee's daughter, Maria Fernanda Castellanos that the licensee had a family emergency and is out of the town. The LPA was told that the day care closed on Monday 1/13/20 and will reopen on Monday 1/20/20. All of the day care parents were contacted.
