On 07/14/2020 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Daniel Alvarez conducted an unannounced case management inspection due to licensee wanting to add a room to her day-care. LPA was met by licensee Michelle Arredondo. The purpose of today's inspection was to approve the recent new room addition(up stairs family room/library). LPA observed safe children's toys, books and safe equipment. The room addition is approved for day care use. Licensee submitted a new sketch for the accessible areas in her home.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiencies cited during today's visit.

A copy of this report is to remain in the facility for public review.
