On 8/21/2020, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kathy Pacheco conducted a case management inspection with Licensee, Eileen Hopkins. The inspection was conducted via, Face Time, due to COVID-19 restrictions. The purpose of the inspection was to observe the day care back yard, that was previously off-limits to day care children. LPA observed the back yard via Face Time. LPA verified the back yard area was appropriate for day care children to use.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, no deficiencies cited.

Exit interview was conducted with Licensee. Licensee was informed LPA would mail her the following forms: Notice of Site Visit form (LIC 9213) that is required to be posted for 30 days and two copies of the Facility Evaluation Report (LIC 809). LPA requested for Licensee to sign and return one copy of the LIC 809 to LPA and to keep the other LIC 809 form in the facility for public review.
