32 | The facility provides snack. All kitchen, food preparation, and storage areas are clean, free of litter, rubbish, and rodents/vermin. Drinking water is provided through bottled water. All storage containers for solid waste, including moveable bins, have tight fitting covers on and are in good repair. Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, and other items that are dangerous to children are stored in an area inaccessible to children. The facility free of flies, other insects, and rodents.
Random sample of children's records were reviewed. Disaster drill log was available, last drill was conducted on 09/05/2023. Fire extinguisher was fully charged and was serviced on 2/17/2023.
There is at least one person trained in CPR and Pediatric First Aid present during this inspection. LPA also reviewed staff records. Staff present had proof of the AB 1207 Mandated Reporter Training certificate on file. Staff present had proof against TB, measles, pertussis, and influenza.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records.
