Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jill Laxo and Francisco Pedroza made an unannounced inspection for concluding a complaint investigation into the above allegations. LPAs met with Senior Program Director Meagan Tisler and Site Supervisor Elizabeth Burciago and discussed the nature and purpose of the visit.

Allegations stated the facility staff is out of ratio, facility is unkept and staff failed to keep facility free of hazards. During this investigation, LPAs made two unannounced visits and toured the facility on each visit. The information gathered from LPA's observations, staff and parent interviews found the facility is in compliance with regulations. This agency has investigated the complaint regarding the above allegations. We have found that the complaint was UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that the above allegation(s) may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did nor did not occur.
