32 | Napping equipment and bedding were inspected for good condition, appropriate storage and cleanliness. Storage for children's belongings was inspected. LPAs observed children's cubbies inside the classrooms. Parents take blankets home on Friday and return on Monday. Teacher child ratios were observed, and staff names recorded. Sign in and out sheets were reviewed. During this inspection, there were 15 infants present and all were signed in.
FACILITY RECORDS: All individuals present have obtained a criminal record clearance or criminal record exemption. There is at least one person trained in CPR and Pediatric First Aid present during this inspection.

LPAs advised facility to check the CCL website at www.cdss.ca.gov for licensing forms, regulations, quarterly updates and PINs. LPAs provided a copy of PIN 19-02-CCP - Safe Sleep Awareness Campaign.
No deficiency is being cited in accordance to Tittle 22 of the California Code of Regulations Division 12 during this visit.
Notice of Site Visit (LIC9213) was provided and must be posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
