The kitchen preparation area was inspected. The area is made inaccessible by a pony door. The food is delivered to the facility from a central kitchen. Proper refrigeration and storage of food items was observed. There were no detergents, toxins or cleaning compounds being stored with the children's utensils. The water temperature for the kitchen area was proper with a sufficient supply of food observed. Allergy list posted in the kitchen and each classroom.
The outdoor area which is gated was inspected. LPA observed age appropriate toys and an activity apparatus with proper cushioning beneath. There was an area for shade and water is made readily available. There were no hazards, debris nor bodies of water observed at the time of inspection.
Senate Bill (SB) 792: This bill, commencing September 1, 2016, prohibits a person from being employed or volunteering at a child care facility or family day care if he or she has not been immunized against influenza, pertussis and measles.

Licensee was made aware of The Child Care Advocate Program (CCAP) that is administered from within the Community Care Licensing Division. Mandated Reporter: Beginning on January 1, 2018, AB 1207, requires all licensed providers, applicants, directors and employees to complete training as specified on their mandated reporter duties and to renew their training every two years.
