25 | On 5/19/2022 8:10Am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Densie Miranda, conducted an unannounced Case Management Annual Continuation Inspection. LPA met with Director Robin Gee. According to the center Director, the facility operates: Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 6:00pm. At 8:11AM. LPA was guided on a tour of the facility inside and outside.
Facility is licensed for 120 preschoolers ages – 2-6 years old and 24 children ages 18 months to 30 months in the toddler option program. The toddler option operates in rooms #1 and #3. The facility revised the form LIC999A (floor plan) and and provided a copy of the revised sktech to LPA.
During this inspection, LPA observed that all outdoor area and inside of the classrooms, Director removed all trash cans without cover and replaced with a new trash cans with covers. The outdoor space (Mini Ranch) it was observed today that Director barricade the fruits tree (3 trees) and making them inaccessible to the children in care. At the toddler outdoor, facility placed sand around the tree making this area safe to the children in care.
LPA reviewed all 21 staff files and were completed.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Robin Gee. A copy of this report, appeal rights and Site of Visit was provided to the Director.
