Information from the complainant indicates that staff left child in wet clothing for an extended period of time. Child was also not provided dignity in their relationship with others.
Director interview reveals that all parents are asked to provide extra clothing for their child. If there are no clothes available parents are contacted right away in order to either bring clothes or pick up their child. Director states Child #1 had jumped in a puddle and clothing had become wet. Parent was contacted in order to have child be picked up due to no extra clothes being present. Call log provided to LPA showed parent's phone number had been contacted at 10:40am on 11/09/2022. Sign in and out sheet notes parent signed child out on that date at 12:09pm due to "Wet no extra clothes." Director states that child took off socks and shoes and given dry socks to wear for the time being. Child was kept inside in order to prevent from getting wet further.
Staff interviews corroborated that parents are asked to provide additional clothing for their child and that a parent is called immediately if there are no extras available. No disclosures were made regarding the allegations.

Based upon the evidence as presented above, this agency has investigated the allegation above and has determined that the allegations are Unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.
