Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Bardo Baluyot and Carolyn Tuba conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection to follow up on an incident reported to Licensing on 3/30/22. A COVID-19 risk assessment was conducted upon entering the facility. PA met with Director, Tammie Pinelo who guided LPA's on a tour of the facility. There were 62 children observed to be present at the facility during this inspection. Required staff to children ratio was observed.

LPA conducted interviews with Director and staff and obtained documents, including, facility roster, staff files and children's files.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Tammie Pinelo.
