Furniture and equipment were inspected for age appropriateness and good repair. Telephone service, heating, lighting and ventilation were evaluated. Children have their own cubby to store their belongings. There is available drinking water in form of personal water bottles and water dispensers. The first aid kit is kept in the middle part of the classroom.

LPA observed the carbon monoxide detector and found it to be operational.

There are restrooms located in the middle of the classroom available for the children to use. The restrooms were observed to be clean, with sufficient supplies for children to use. Per director, the isolation area is located in the middle of the classroom and parents are contacted immediately.

The facility has a kitchen where snacks are prepared for the children. The snacks are prepackaged and brought from central kitchen and stored in refrigerator coolers. The facility provides pm snack. The menus are posted on parent boards a month in advanced.----------------------- pg.1 of 3--------
