13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Tiffanie Tran conducted an unannounced complaint inspection at the above facility for the purpose of deliver the final findings for the above complaint allegations. Upon arrival, LPA met with Site Supervisor, Aracely Garcia.
Based upon the evidence obtained during the course of the investigation through interview and records review, the evidence does not support, nor disprove the above allegations occurred at the facility. All the interviewed parties have never witnessed or had any concerns regarding a staff released a child to a person that was not listed on the emergency card or checking for a valid picture ID. All children were properly supervised. No one indicated that any staff screamed at children in care. For outdoor time, each classroom had scheduled between 45 minutes to an hour for outdoor play. Therefore, the allegations have been determined unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. The copy of this report was explained and issued to site supervisor.
